Warner's Christmas Cake Gin 70cl Emporia BrandsThe Warners team always like to keep us on our toes with their exquisite range of Gins, packed full of flavour and using the finest ingredients they can get. This is just another fine example, and is based on a Traditional Christmas Cake (if you hadn't guessed from the name). Within this Gin there are subtle notes of Milk Chocolate infused with Dried Orange and hints of Nutmeg and Cherries!

This is all about the pH levels changing with the addition of tonic

and this the Raspberry and Buddhas hand is just another example of the intriguing things they do

with sumptuous notes of Dried Fruit

A Sweet and Spicy Juniper led Gin with the Sansho Berry making multiple appearances followed by a Silky Orange finish

The resulting Gin is notes of Juniper running throughout with Waves of Citrus and and Spicy Pine coming through and just a touch of Mint to finish

This Double Oak as the name might suggest uses a Double maturation process using a Double Barrel system in both freshly Charred American Oak Barrels

Using whole oranges

With a Citrus led body and notes of Juniper and Coriander shining through

Its made in a Railway arch in the Green Quarter in their 450 liter Copper Pot Still
