MosaicsMosaics is a beautiful quilt design combining appliqu and paper piecing. This design by Irene Blanck was inspired by an antique quilt made in the UK between 1820 1840. The A4 sized pattern includes full sized applique design sheets and comprehensive instructions. Completed quilt size : 66" x 66"

The design is mostly applique (outer blocks and centre medallion) with some piecing and stitchery

It is hand pieced and can be as scrappy as you choose

This design features a central applique block surrounded by octagon blocks with various appliqued designs and flying geese borders

The Plum Dumpling Bag pattern includes full instructions for you to make a beautiful and practical sewing bag

Each block has a central stitchery

The A4 size pattern contains full size template sheets and instructions for the appliqué and the borders - scallop
