Not the smooth Prosecco on the block, but it is summery, refreshing and great for an appetizer of warm olives and cheese or a Tiramisu dessert. Risata Prosecco is a dry sparkling wine with aromas of peach and pear that lead into juicy flavors of Pink Lady apple, citrus, and white peach.
