Bimba Air Cylinder DTC ProbeBimba Air Cylinder & Needle Actuator for INOV8 waste oil burner. This is the pneumatic device that drives the needle in and out of the nozzle. Another part ordered with this is the Bimba Air Fitting, a 10 32 x 1 8 slip elbow, mini SKU: 20040.

The DTC replaced the bi-metal sensors and provides the advantages of having solid state circuitry that is not sensitive to corrosion and sticking of points or the ash from the furnace

Delta Solenoid Valve - for oil & air solenoids on both Kingbuilt & INOV8 waste oil burners

Dimensions are 14"x16"x1/2"

The DTC provides a LED read-out showing the current temperature and the set-points which can be easily changed to accommodate heavy oil

It can be upgraded with a digital temperature control if desired

INOV8 started using the Delta Solenoid Valve

Use this when burning Waste Vegitable Oil in order to create a hotter combustion zone temperature and to contain the atomized oil in a tighter flame

but the two larger door insulations must be shipped via freight at estimated costs of $320 - depending on location

The top surface of it glows red hot with fire passing over the top of it

along with a full cleaning
