All grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in a mix of stainless steel and 25 hecto-liter French oak barrels

The wine is then matured in new oak barrels

It would probably have formed an integral part of the assemblage of our Grands Vins two decades ago

This wine inspired a new generation of dry aromatic white wines produced from Spain's Mediterranean coast

from neighboring growers in the Oak Knoll

cooked with mushrooms

which gives it more character and body
