Penheale Blue Web SpecialsA small leaf rhododendron that we received from a friend in Scotland. The flowers are a blue purple color in clusters, covering the entire plant in mid spring. The smaller, roundish foliage is dark green in summer, but will turn an attractive dark bronze color in winter. This is proving to be one of the better small leaf purples in our collection. 10 year old plants can be 4 5 feet in height, and quite bushy. Rare Variety This variety is difficult to
