The wine's elegant texture accompanies a balanced set of elevated acidity, velvety tannins and restrained alcohol. Blackcap raspberries mingle with flavors of fresh picked rosemary and wet slate in a pleasing manner. Pair with a harvest dinner and Pendleton wool on a crisp October eve.
