Its crafted in sunny 18ct yellow gold and set with six vibrant sky blue turquoise petals blooming around a central star set rose cut diamond, with additional diamonds nestled in between. The flower shaped gallery forms a Forget Me Not, symbolising true love and devotion in the Victorian language of flowers, with turquoise associated with luck and good fortune.

The piece is complete with Birmingham hallmarks and the maker’s initials which date it to 1965

It’s fashioned entirely in silver which has developed a lovely smooth feel to it
