No need to disassemble the cases. This tool will ream the hole to +. 030" so a replacement steel +. 030" JIMS or S&S breather can be installed. Note: After the reaming process all aluminum reaming chips must be removed. Also; when working on early 36 69 cases; before reaming check if wall thickness in the breather hole is thick enough so the reamer will not break through.
