Complete with the Collas reduction mechanique pastille mark. The Barbedienne Foundry, established by Ferdinand Barbedienne and Achille Collas in Paris (1838 1839), was a renowned 19th century French bronze workshop famous for its high quality, scaled reproductions of classical sculptures. A 19th century portrait miniature of Napoleon Bonaparte

There is some craquelure throughout the painting and a small pierce to the canvas which has caused some minor paint loss

All remaining pages are clean and bright

The plaque is signed 'SM' to the lower right

The size and condition makes it perfect for use as a linen/blanket storage
