This essence helps past negative influences to lose their grip and be dissipated

It helps the mind to steady down to a point where we can once more take charge of our thinking

The barriers to the outside world that we erect during periods of sadness and loneliness are natural

This essence is for those who have become trapped by their circumstances

Such an experience is not at all pleasant

when all seems lost with no way out of the situation - "the dark night of the soul"

when the old has to die and be replaced by something new

Then there will be nothing to oppose the establishment of a way of life that will support all aspects of body and mind
