Shaman Mask KingfisherThis Shaman Mask is by Kwakwaka'wakw artist Raymond Shaw. The mask is hand carved in red cedar and painted in red acrylic with graphite. The mask has been finished with brown horsehair, horsehide and cedar bark. A finishing knife was used on the surface of the piece, while the graphite accentuates the textural surface.
